How come TMW Maxwell so ex one ah? I see the price start from $3,188 psf leh, but in CCR can find some other development cheaper a bit also. Sure it’s in CBD and got good location, but is the premium worth it or not hor?

But hor, you pay for the atas location mah, smack in the heart of CBD, plus all the new shiny facilities. Other developments might be cheaper, but they may not match up in terms of convenience or the ‘wow’ factor.

Whether it’s worth the premium or not really depends on what you value sia. If you’re after prestige and a top-notch location for work-play balance, TMW Maxwell could be your cup of tea.
